Challenge

Salsation Wear needed a unified system to support its international customer base, regional inventory, and growing ambassador network. The assignment required clear product navigation, streamlined logistics, and integrated tools for support and partnerships.

 

Assignment

Sicapo was tasked with restructuring the Shopify storefront, aligning regional fulfillment, and setting up a scalable backend for global operations. The goal was to simplify management while enabling growth across key markets.

 

Solution

We redesigned the product architecture using metafields and filters, allowing for flexible tagging and cleaner collection management. Customers can now browse by category, region, or featured drop with ease.

 

Logistics were split between two hubs. EU orders are fulfilled from Germany. All other international orders are routed through a Singapore 3PL. Shopify integrations ensure real-time inventory and order sync.

 

For operations, we implemented a multi-channel support system covering WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. We also built a streamlined onboarding flow for instructors and affiliates, giving them direct access to product links, assets, and announcements.

 

Results

Salsation Wear increased revenue by 110 percent in the first month after launch, compared to the same period the previous year. The platform now supports regional drops, fast fulfillment, and a growing global community - all from a single connected system.
